On Thursday 27 July 2023 at 6.30 p.m. at Palazzo Giacomelli (via Grazzano 1 Udine), seat of the Ethnographic Museum of Friuli, the presentation of Francesca Cerno's fourth volume of poetry entitled Stanze, published by Campanotto. The event is sponsored by the University of Udine.
The reading will be accompanied by Kostandin Tashko, pianist and winner of the 2021 Brunelli Prize and numerous international awards throughout Europe.
Stanze is Cerno's fourth volume of poetry; from the first, Pieghe di Mare (2011), the artist Manuela Simoncelli recently made an artist's book for the exhibition Libri DiVersi, curated by Sandro Pellarin, on view until August 31 at Villa Mocenigo-Biaggini-Ivancich in San Michele al Tagliamento.
Among the speakers is Simone Furlani, Associate Professor of Theoretical Philosophy at the University of Udine, who wrote the book's afterword. With Francesca Cerno, Cristina Reghezza, who has translated some poems into German. Concept and organization by Luca Bernardis, image by Christian Taddio.
