The exhibition is organised in collaboration with the Ecomuseo delle Acque (Gemona) and presents the photographs that photographer Graziano Soravito has dedicated to the dairymen, farmers and herdsmen of the Latteria turnaria di Campolessi, the Caseificio Turnario di Pejo and the Latteria turnaria di Valmorel as part of a project to document the Alpine dairy farming system, which has also extended to the mountain pastures on the southern slopes of Monte Nero (Slovenia).
The exhibition is accompanied by a rich programme of guides tours, workshops and tastings.
